Join the important conversation that can change a life.

Did you know that when you identify, and learn how to overcome depression you take away the sense of hopelessness and reduce the feelings of suicide?

It is estimated that nearly 3 million people around the world suffer from some form of depression.

This fall join us for Connection Point every 1st and 3rd Tuesday, September through November, from 7:00-8:00pm, in the large meeting room at the Barco Library.

Topics of Discussion;

Sadness, anger and or isolation, anxiety, change in sleep habits, low self-esteem, loss of interest, loss of energy, change in appearance, unbecoming behavior, and suicidal talk / acting act.

We will use the following format;

  • Questions and Answers

  • Group Share

  • Closing
